How Much Does It Cost to Hire the Goodysphere Sensory Bus?
What’s Included When You Hire Goodysphere?
Every Goodysphere booking includes exclusive use of our fully immersive mobile sensory room, designed to provide a calm and welcoming space within busy environments.
Inside the bus you’ll find interactive sensory lighting, a bubble tube, fibre optics, sensory swing, padded flooring, tactile resources and calming sensory features designed to support regulation and inclusion.
All bookings also include fully trained staff, setup and pack down, public liability insurance, risk assessments and enhanced DBS checked team members.
Bookings further than 15 miles will be subject to a travel charge, see below for details.
From 1st May, VAT will be added to all package prices at the standard rate of 20%. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, with the VAT-inclusive total shown underneath for clarity.

Travel & Mileage Costs
We bring the magic of Goodysphere straight to your doorstep! To keep things fair and transparent, we apply a small travel charge based on how far your event is from our base.
Mileage Charges:
0–15 miles → Free
16–25 miles → £20
26–50 miles → £40
51–65 miles → £60
Over 65 miles → Price available on request
This ensures we can cover fuel, travel time, and vehicle running costs while keeping our packages accessible for everyone.
